CODE OF ETHICS AND BUSINESS CONDUCT

We provide products and services to the world’s major airlines and airframe manufacturers.  In so doing, we aim to uphold our reputation, built over many years, for acting responsibly and with integrity, respecting the laws and regulations, traditions and cultures of the countries within which we operate.  We work always to internationally accepted standards of responsible business conduct.  The board of ACS UK requires the highest possible standards of professional and ethical conduct of itself and from all employees.  This Code of Conduct sets out the basic ethical standards that are required across the Group.  Equivalent standards of conduct are expected from our agents and other persons acting on behalf of the Group.

Each ACS UK business operates with policies and procedures which are consistent with the values and the standards set out in this Code.

The following standards of conduct apply to all employees and other persons acting on behalf of the Group. In particular, the Group’s senior management has a special responsibility to lead according to these standards.

1.2 Maintain effective procedures to prevent confidential information being misused and make it clear that the use of confidential information for personal and corporate gain will not be tolerated.
1.3 Advance the legitimate interests of the Group, having regard to our values and standards, as set out in this Code and the Group Governance Manual.
