AIM Aviation is currently in the process of making some important IT systems enhancements, with the internal networks being restructured. This will allow all users across the three divisions (Cabin Interiors, Galleys & Stowages and Composites) to move to a new ‘@aim-aviation.com’ email address on 11th October 2013. Previous email addresses (aim-aviation.co.uk, aim-henshalls.co.uk, and aimcomposites.com) will still be received and delivered to the correct recipients, so there will be no disruption to message flow. All future message will be sent in the new format.
The AIM Aviation IT department is also in the process of developing a customer portal, which will include spares ordering, order history and other useful information. The supplier ‘ePortal’ will also be undergoing a refresh in line with the current developments and corporate identity. News of these two developments will be announced in due course.
